Seeking an energetic, team friendly salesperson looking for a place to grow their real estate business in an environment that has support, leads, culture and accountability.  We are striving to provide a customer focused, concierge style, luxury real estate experience to our community.  This is not your typical real estate team, our model focuses on coaching, skills, leads, support, and balance so you can thrive both professionally and personally in life.

• Must have real estate License
• Customer service, client service or real estate experience preferred
• Full time
• Must maintain the Esposito Realty Group’s commitment to a concierge level of customer service with all clients and with any service providers including all attorneys, lenders, contractors, etc. 
• When working on a transaction Agent must be available for the below which may be evening and or weekends:
  • Private showings 
  • Necessary inspections (including home inspections, smoke inspections)
  • Finals readings, walkthroughs
• Office Hours
  • must maintain regular office hours to be agreed upon between Agent and Team Lead
• Lead Generation
  • Min 15 hours of prospecting or lead generation per week
  • Min goal of 15 contacts or touches per day
