From day one until your home is under the agreement, Sandy works closely with you to assist in every aspect of getting your home on the market with maximum exposure to all buyers, agents, neighbors, and the community. Some of Sandy's main responsibilities include ensuring paperwork and disclosures are complete, scheduling the professional photoshoot and on-site staging, crafting the listing description and details, and design & distribution of all marketing materials and social media posts.
